Processing Time

Each piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from the confirmation of your order to production and shipment. Bespoke commissions and engraved pieces may take longer; we will confirm an estimated timeline with you directly.

Rates & Delivery

Thailand: Free (local courier)
Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore): ~$60 (FedEx)
Europe: ~$100 (FedEx)
Rest of the world: $100 (FedEx)

All shipments are insured and require a signature on delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. KANPOJ has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Certificates

Each piece ships with its relevant gemstone/diamond certificate.
